Accepted methods of payments
We accept cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and New Image gift
certificates (spa services only). If you intend to pay through your
insurance, please contact us ahead of time.
Please confirm prices with our reservationists while booking your appointment. Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does.
To purchase a gift certificate, call or visit us. Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. A spa credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services or products purchased. This return policy applies only to unopened and unused product.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date in it's original package. No refunds. Returns are for credit only.
We're open during standard operating hours to better serve you,
but please call us to book an appointment first.
(Drop-in services are not available.)
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation of treatments. Clients must call the clinic to cancel appointments (sorry, but we don't accept email cancellations). Missed appointments may be charged a cancellation fee.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to
ensure a full treatment session; please note that we may not be
able to extend treatment sessions that start after the scheduled
appointment time.

During your treatment if you feel any discomfort or would like
special attention on a particular area, please let us know. The
best treatments will come from honest communication with your
therapist.
